Sorry, found the problem. The .exe even with administrative rights and clearance through Windows Defender would not get all the access it needed until I moved the folder into "Program Files" instead of the root "C:\" location it had.

I'm trying to start the game and I've been getting the 0xc00000005 error, it just does not start. I've tried to reinstall and to delete the l2.exe and make the patch download it again but nothing worked... Any clues?
