Koll 1230 Report post Posted September 20, 2016 Dear friends!Lately we are receiving a lot of reports about delays in the game.Please, don't panic and get sad, at this moment we are collecting all your reports, results of the tests which we were asking you to make and starting rework of our proxy system.Within a few days we will give up ineffective proxys and based on your reports will purchase new proxys to decrease the ping and remove delays. But you have to keep in mind that everyone of you is unique, you have different providers, different connection ways etc. That's why we will be targeting removal of the problem at the larger part of the community at first and right after will work personally with the ones, who will still having issues.Once again we are asking you to not panic.
