Curse Gloom

Curse gloom has 8 seconds reuse time. With quick recovery passive skill should have -1.6 second that means 6.4.
Now reuse time of gloom is 3.5 - 4 seconds. I can make a vid if you don't believe me, which I think you do ;D

cant wait for test server to open, so ppl wont be limited by characters/levels/equips they have on live server, i believe we will see more of these kind of reports
