To make any income for server to pay bills and ppl work. Server has not pay to win things so has to get money from sth to continue running. I think its fair cos you still can play for free if u play with friends.

Well, party matching is one of many options. You can find party sometimes even after 1st class. But mostly 40+ pts in party matching. After you reach +-60 lvl the best option is to be a part of clan so you can level up with clan members and have fun fighting against wars.

​because people who run the server need to make a living? its a full time job

1) You can buy some cheap second-hand small laptop for 2nd window. 

2) You can play some class which is on demand. Like archer\bd\tank. They can always find a party on rb and can lvling solo on self buffs at least till 60.

3) The purpose aslo to make ppl to find live ppl to play in party.
