MoDoy 1769 Report post Posted February 9, 2017 from my own experience, tickets take quite some time to get solved, maybe its because every sh1t botter or RMT guy is spamming them "why my char is banned when i dont use anything", and then ppl who have normal questions or problems to solve have to wait 2 days until they get reply, while first reply is usually bullsh1t questions from it (ok, i take it sometimes u need more info about case and sh1t), but then once again since tickets are full spammed, u need to wait next 2 days for reply and by the moment u get to the problem, u even forget what u wanted to solve with the ticket Quote Share this post Link to post
