Can´t recovery forgoten password

tried to log in after long time on one of my accounts in game, but can´t cause of forgoten password. I tried to recovery it on my email, but i am still waiting for verification code... Shall i wait longer, or is there some other way?? Thx for help

U can right ticket to support saying pass recovery didnt work and ask them to send it to the mail.
