Rune gone from weapon

Yesterday I added my first lvl 1 Tyrr rune on crystal dagger, after that I placed it to warehouse, cuz i wasnt 40lvl yet. Today i withdraw it from warehouse and noticed that rune is gone from the weapon. I clearly remember that I havent extracted rune. So now I have lost rune and gemstones. Is it possible that happened because of server constant crahes or something?

Same problem. I added my Tyrr rune 7 lvl on bow after that I placed it to warehouse.Today i withdraw it from warehouse and noticed that rune is gone from the weapon. NEED HELP. Relog dont help me!!!

руна тира-8 лвл тоже сегодня пропала из лука надеюсь сервер заработает она будет на месте!

Если ты положил свой лук в ВХ то руна пропадет, обращайся в службу поддержки, используй переводчик, удачи)) Я так понял что руны возвращают. Осталось сделать так, что бы руны не пропадали из оружия после того как положишь его в ВХ.
