Having +16 weapon is an advantage itself and you suggest to give guys with those weapons even more advantage

+16 wep ... idk who needs it , maybe like 2nd weapon, or maybe they want clean ass with it and failed on 17

oh wait, there is, 0.3% dmg boost for each enchant, that means almost 5% dmg boost, i think thats even better than +1 STR/+1 INT, dont you think?

Imo people who have +16 weapons don't really need any boosts 

Rather think of some boosts for newbies, like free premium acc for 1 month for new accounts or something
