mini epics enrage time

Hello!

Some ppl told me that enrage time of mini epics is 20 min on offi. 

Anyone can confirm that?

Cause in our server this enrage time is much longer right now.

I think there is problem that rage doesnt disappear after 20 min if you keep hiting boss, on offi it disappear even if you hit boss after 15 or 20 min. Ppl from offi tell me that it should be 15min after 15min of hitting. Yday 30m+ passed on baium priest and it was still in rage (as well as with the rest mini epics).
