banned???

good morning!! i tryed to return to the server but when i logged into character selection screen i got ban for usage of prohibited software..really now ???my 2 old chars 27 and 33 lvls got banned and my new account can log in in the same time.. can any GM check it plz?

no way..i had to log more than 6months..tryed today and was banned

didn't log this year in the server..i am sure i have to log more than 6 months.. is there a way to unban my chars?? is a tank and a SE

1.5 day passed and i am still waiting for the support team.. cmon guys i want to play..i think id 5 mins to resolve this problem..
