Please provide full feedback for review by staff, it is quite hard to assess problems if you only say "quest has bug".

1. Pls i have a problem with finishing the transfer quest "Testimony of Life". I think there is a bug. I cant finish the part where i have to earn Talin spear pour NPC named Silvershadow  

After gaining all stuff nothing changed and i cant carry on. Could you pls help me?

we did this quest 2 days ago, still in the middle of it. but we got those 6 items too, and got the talin spear, still have that spear.
perhaps its your lvl? whats your lvl?

 

update:

downloaded your screenshot and saw your lvl is 39, so that isnt the prob.

i dunno what the problm is neither since i just finished making the quest and all went fine with it. just in case, i gonna add to your inventory the spear since u have all the items u need for it, lemme know if u still gonna have problms after it.

For your info GM, after i got the Talins Spear from you, i went to NPC called Isael Silvershadow located in Hunters village and I got the item necessaire for carry on with this quest. So it helped.
