  1.  Thread can be closed. Here composite set is different effect how was in previous chronicles. Did the testing.

    When you reach 50.00% weight  (weight penalty icon occur - HP/MP recovery halted)

    Here with Composite set at 50.00% , 54.00% or what ever till you wont pass extra 5790 weight , you wont get that weight penalty for MP.
    At 66.66% you get Greater weight penalty where your character becomes slow as a snail , But with Composite set you wont get such a penalty.

  2. Does anyone know if there is a Speed Cap? Run speed. An SR with full buffs (ww, song, zerk etc)  and passives and a Elven Mithril Set could be interesting... I'd test it but ATM it's near impossible to get Elven Mithril Gloves on beta..

    ​I've got them Even got all parts  get rcp and I can give them for free :D

    I have PR 58  

    What can I say?  His speed is high (good for pvp) especially 1x1 (both without buffs) Elven Mithril set 7 speed does a great deal. 
    PR greatest weakness is CON stat. You can't add +12 str without feeling any consequences.  Ofc in my Opinion it's not a mandatory thing do add +12 str for him. It's enough to give +3STR-4DEX (couldn't find +3-3)   +4STR-4 CON + Plated leather set (+4str-1con)  = 52 STR 29 Dex 27 CON.  PvP vs dagger classes  FULL PLATE HEAVY is MUST. 
    But again... low con = Character often gets  overburden...  9000 Soul Shots C (Max I could carry)  If + heavy armor... there`s a huge problem...

    PR is a good solo archer class (similar to Elf) Aura attack/aura defence. Hex deals a lot of damage. If you're looking for TOP DPS  Phantom ranger deals the biggest dps. His role would be (pvp,raidboss,pve hunting) support damage role. Easily to get killed but deadly for his targets.  He also got Confusion (which is imba on pvp but not many ppl use it... which is weird tho...) Freezing strike , hex, poison. He can kill melee his targets just by running and casting curses and stuff...

    HE is ideal archer class for inexperienced players and less hardcore than PR. Even though he's got 30 DEX  36lvl rogue atk speed passive adds 5% atk speed... Which compensates lack of DEX.  Quiver of Holding (passive can add +30% more weight gauge) so = more shots... Since archer class deals  strong damage from normal attacks and critical damage... (another passive critical chance helps a lot). here you can farm +4Str - 4 Con dyes... (From Drakes) . End game gear??? 
    Plated leather Set +4Str - 1 Con 3x dye sets +12 STR - 12 CON = 56 STR [OMG dmg Boost] 30 DEX 30 CON.  Still can carry more than PR , still fast atk speed. High STR guarantees High Dps + High skill dmg...

    If you need TOP supporting DPS and theres no HEX I advice you to take PR if there's tank like SK or any other Dark Elf  HE full built will do more dmg than PR does...


  3. Well And I want L2 classic with smart-like quest rewards , with unique class balanced system. With rewarding dungeon content to group with parties... With 100+ different hair accessories available and GoDD Hairstyles , but It's not going to happen. If you don't like this one server there's another classic Russian one. X1 rates but if you Donate you can have x3 rates. There adena drop is troublesome lots of exploits. While 25 lvl monster drops 400 adena 40 monster drops 2-250 adena... Try your luck there ;)


  4. I think the best option would be to reduce the money from selling these weapons, like with the bloodsaber and the dagger. So exploiting that was nonrewarding.

    ​ Not THAT Kind of money for exploit stuff ;D Rates as well not the ones to do that kind of stuff.

    1.Green fungi could be not that far from DE village. Because it makes this quest really useless.
    2. Vanquish remnants and some other q items = adena. Reward cap could be smt like 5000 adena or near to it... Because if I collect like 200q items and get 1-2k... In level 25-30+  WTF? Even useless to  bring q items to the npc ;)


  6. maybe there is some way to make it more fun, for example: if stunner hit player who have agro from mob/mobs, then these mobs start to kick stunner? :D

     

    This could turn off ugly rat stunning from players to get items from player in unfair way nad also wouldn't turn off droping items while dying from mobs

    ​If this would have been done on 4game innova classic... I wouldn't have so much problems with loosing my gear :D  Still no need it here... because ppl wont be THAT poor to do that stuff so often.


  7. Because some monsters have high magic defense, other might be wind attack weak. Not all mobs are meant to be hunted by all classes and the downtime of the mage is compensated by the fast killing. Imagine all monsters would be undead. Everybody would make a Cleric.

  8. This wouldn't take much time... It's just obvious how inadequate this (ALL QUESTS x2 reward is). Im not suggesting to make something easy Im suggesting  something that people would start doing quests. With all this reward you will do low level quests? I doubt about it its easier to go with DE mage 2 shot bats collect xp/adena. And make yourself faster with both adena/xp without any party. Just by grinding bats and monsters like that. That's why this posts are here ;)  I understand classic should be like hard but for that is Innova. Go try it there... I already played. 10 lvl skeletons gives 3-10 adena.  and you might get a reward of 500 ADENA. You imagine that? 
     You can make like a roundabout with DE mystic. 
    1. You kill fungus 300 adena then zombies 500 adena then school of dark arts skeletons 500 adena then spiders 1000 adena ~ 60-120 minutes (depends) and you got yourself 
    2.3k adena. 

    Here I just by killing monsters for 1 hour Get 11 level and ~4-5k adena... Just by killing them... 
    I kill imp 2 shot 38 adena , I kill orc 3 shot i got 60 adena. I kill bat 2 shot I got 55 adena... See the difference? 10 bats >400 adena for sure. Why should I go do quest somewhere in other part of map to get 1000 adena for like 40 monsters? huh?


  9. ATM I'm testing Dark Elven quests on beta with live rates x3... 
    What can I say? You run a long way to the fungus each drops 30-54 adena - 10 monsters (min 300 max 540 adena) 10Q items - 600a reward. To be honest It SUCKS. 
    Another quest "Scent Of Death" reward 1000 adena here. Must kill zombies (They die very hard and Quest drop rate is ~20%...) More adena you will spend on shots than you might get from the quest. And If you wont use shots you will might loose a lots of time in which instead you might kill bats with 2 shots and get xp / better adena...
    Another quest in School of Dark Arts...  "Bones tell the Future" - Reward 1000 adena. (No teleport there , quest drop rate is very lame as well) wasting of time Not a quest...
     

    1. Ofc collecting 100q items = 9k adena would be very nice , but It's not possible here. It might need scripting and stuff...
    2. Each quest should be treated carefully because Some of them are good balanced , and some of them are so Useless that you just MUST IGNORE THOSE QUESTS.

    My suggestion would be ... : 

    Dark Elven quests : 

    1.  Mass of Darkness (You must run to Dark Elf village talk with 3 NPC then head back to where you started)

    As you can see reward is 100 adena (wow 2-3 imp elders) and you got them 1 Imp elder is killed with 2 shots wind strike without shots...

    [It is One-time quest] couldn't It's reward be somewhat higher?  Like 600-800 adena? 

    2.  "Deliver Supplies" (Here you talk with the Guard you run to village talk with NPC then get item back to starting npc then talk to other 2 NPC and get back for a reward) takes around 6-7 minutes to do quest. Reward... as you can see ^^  200 adena WOW.!!!

    It could be raised a bit as well like 550-750 adena.
     

    3. "Trade with Ivory tower" quest is a mystery to me. 
    a) You must run far away to monsters hunting grounds
    b) Reward is 1/3 lower than similar quest in Elven Village.
    c) But there Fungus Near village and still faster to kill them and collect adena + better reward.

    My solution would be :  Make it's reward 900 adena (not 600) and make Green Fungus spawn near Dark Elven Village where some Imps roaming around there`s a perfect space.  Shot00043.png

    Just add  8-15 fungus + few goblin raiders.

    4. Quest : "Keen Fangs" There you must collect 50 Wolf fangs to get random reward. I start quest when wolves are White , and I finishing it while they became light blue...
    Its smt like 80%  1x q item per monster 20% 2x q items... Why not making slight change... 60%  3  fangs /  40% 4 fangs?

    5. Quest : "Bones tell the future"  It's reward here 1000 adena.  But To get to the School Of Dark Arts takes a lot of time. And quest items are very hard to get by. This quest could make any ordinary guy into a madman... Quest drop rate is ~10% well it looks so. Because I killed 15 skeletons just to get 1/10 quest item...  
    This quest would be perfect for party hunting , even with guys that already got 1-ist profession... But drop rate is awful and reward horrible.  If Reward would be like 4-5k adena and drop rate would be ~25-30% then It should be fine.

    6. Quest : "Scent Of Death"  Just 5x quest items reward 1000 adena...  Killing zombies in the swamp... The funny part is that I must kill zombies endlessly for 15-40 minutes just to get all quest items. Sometimes you must sit and recover mana so the time prolongs ;)  I suggest Increasing q items drop rate to 35%  And reward to 1500 adena. At least more studs will do it.

    7. Quest "Orc Subjugation"  Indefinite quest items each gives some adena... I think reward should scale as well with the aden drop. 
    Don't forget in RU/KR adena drop on v1.0 was lower than x1... Here we got adena drop x3  but reward is x2 and quest becomes useless like. Check this out yourselves.

    296 adena for 14 + 1 q items . 14(10x2)+(8x2) = 296 .  If adena for this quest rate x3... 14(10x3)+(8x3)=444 . A slight difference but looks fairer reward for killing ~15 orcs. While each drops 32-60 adena.


    That` all about my suggestions at this moment. Some minor fixes , more accurate rewards based on game economy... Maybe I would be wrong but I really got smell for those things. BTW if school of dark arts quest (see #5) would be revamped at least in smaller levels people will gather in parties and do this quest more often than choose alternative mindlessly grinding...

    p.s. quests like : "Vanquish remnants" I Suggest to make reward CAP 5k adena , same with "Hunt Of black Lion" Because this 1k is Hilarious for this server + It was made  to prevent bots of getting rich. But since we got custom anti-bot system... Something should be done. Thank you for your time I get back to testing ^^ Gonna share my findings.


  10. Lots of servers I see Running Dwarf with SE box buffer. Running Hawk Eye with Prophet or WC Box. I had a crappy pc to box... Played with Cleric as main,  then asked anyone for party still no response... You're on your own. So Farm Solo with Cleric Fettered Souls in Hardin`s academy till they become blue with Disturb undead :D 


  11. One thing is a miss. STR increases not just only p.atk but Dagger blows as well. How I tested it? I puted dyes -10 STR So instead of 124 p.atk I got 104 p.atk Then I bought Mithril dagger +4 and p.atk was 155. With that best dagger My normal hits dmg was stronger but blows was like 20% lower dmg than before with p.atk of 124. So STR increases not just p.atk but power of skills as well. You should test it yourself.

    ​Read what i wrote.

    Namely:

    "STR increases base p.atk. (so that has negligible effect) but also critical damage multiplier (about 1% per point or so, but it adds up)."

    So with -STR and better dagger you have more p.atk (because of the dagger), but lower critical damage (due to lower STR).

     (BTW Abyss Walker has Critical damage passive level 7 [406+cd] , while Treasure Hunter has Its level 6 max [384+cd]

  13. Yeah this is surely a bug. Lets make duplicate account 7 characters  18.9k  Don't know about adena drop in that low level but you can buy a wooden SET :o 
    Still shey shouldn't be sold played Innova V1.0 myself If I could have done the same Id be rich then ^^

  14. Yeah a lot of players will level up in Cruma and this is definitely a bug. The animation shouldn't be instant and interrupt if the player is behind walls but this was already mentioned. Please use search next time to avoid dublicated posts.

    Porta teleportation skill

    ​1. That post was made by me.
    2. It only included missing animations
    3. After being  whole night in cruma I found that their teleport is Instant + once teleported you get 0 aggro.

    4. When they are aggro and you run into another room behind wall and hiting monsters after like 30-40 seconds you might get teleported into another room (obstacles means nothing). 

    So please don't mix this as the same issue , because here is more accurate report of the problem.

  16. Good morning all I've encountered very unpleasant issue. This all night our AoE party was grinding in cruma tower. So... Porta keeps teleporting characters instantly without any animations or skill casting , once you got teleported aggro of all monsters resets and anyone from your party could get all monsters aggression. Imagine I run towards walls to another room starting hitting monsters and Bam! I've been teleported somewhere to another room where is some porta that has aggro on me. Shouldn't walls protect characters from casting debuffs/teleportation magic?
    So wtf? If I hit caster monsters they need clear vision just to start casting their magic. Even so Porta can teleport you from anywhere and then GL you got 0 aggro. SO maybe when I will wish to get rid of aggro monsters i should hit porta and run in circles till i got teleported and whew... Im safe ;) 

    Please check mechanics of this teleportation magic because it really fcks up the whole gameplay.
    Or if this broken teleport could not be fixed I suggest to remove that skill from them. Nobody will miss it.

    p.s. in Cruma Tower 2 (Perum -golems) Using teleportation casting , even though animation keeps stuck on character (multi edged star beneath the feet). At least you know you have been teleported and monsters still attacked me. 

    I hope this like circus-like monsters behavior will be fixed prior live , because more posts like this one might appear.

  17. Ruins of Despair the same... ;) Well zombie Soldiers dies in 1-2 shots , zombie warriors dies in 5-8 shots and hits very hard. And warrior is just 1 level stronger than soldier.
    It's Ok. Their level was ~30 then they fixed just the level but the stats remained the same ;)

    Tracker skeleton Dies - 4-5-6 Hits.   Monster deals dmg of 62-95 each hit.
    Tracker skeleton Leader Dies - 1-3 Hits. Monster deals dmg of 32-38 each hit.

    Don't mess with skeletons :D
