Chance to drop green mobs

I know it's a noob doubt, but answer me. Green mobs have less chance to drop than white mobs?  att.

As far as i know green has best drop and white has best exp.

not true refer to the tables above on current patch best exp wise would be -3 as you get 97% of exp but you slightly out level the content which makes it easier obviously. On 2.0 i've found -5,-6 mobs to be the best to farm as they offer a slight penalty but usually die much faster so they are much more efficient to farm, especially mana wise. This is why 3 way will be the best farming spot in 2.0 on our server.
