You do realise that donation is when you don't expect anything to compensate for you input? When you pay for premium it is not a donation it's simple purchase of service :). 

Anyway legally you could call it a "donation", to avoid any lawsuits

The premium account will most likely be available right before the server goes live (I would say 2-3 days before opening). Im just guessing, might be available few days after. It all depends what the admin wants.

​I don't think so. It's normal requests for the number of account. A lot of people, who plays Lineage 2 Classic on the official servers, playing with at least 2 windows.

I think, administrators have been created Premium Account feature for such purposes.
