Class Transfer Donate?

Will class transfers be an option for donation? I always recall that the 2nd class transfer quests were an absolute drain to complete - pretty much the only part of the classic experience that would keep me from coming back would be having to do these damn quests for the millionth time.

Will they be available at some point for donate?
