because other players have been banned but only my adena has been removed ?????

because other people were banned for the same reason è they had no adena removed ?????

Hi, I had a problem with ban, my account was automatically banned by the server, Okay I made the payment to remove my ban. but was removed 140kk adena from my account. is this right ? I did not find rule to remove adena in case of automatic ban.
