I keep trying to log in and I'm getting this message: "There is a system error. Please try logging in again later." What's the deal?

Am I doomed here? I can't remember whatever pin I created, to save my life. It doesn't help that it could be 6-8 characters as well. I've tried every important number I can think of. And nothing. Is there any way at all to reset this?
