According to Foreign languages section post's counter, we can observe what nationalities are here to play: 43% russian 39% latino 18% rest Taking into consideration 90% of RU, about 50% latino and about 35% of rest players don't speak english, this is definitely not going to be international, english speaking community. This should be reconsidered. I'd root for global and trade chats to be english only. Privs, clan, party and alliances can be of your choice.
