Don't have one. I clicked on "support" button, then it suggested to open skype. I added the contact "Events classic" and described the problem. Did I sth wrong?

There is no access from anyone else than me on my pc. Anyway, I submitted a question on support by skype. Does it take too long for any answer? EDIT: Still no answer. How long it takes??

I play from my own pc.. Last week I logged normally. Banned why? Didn't do anything illegal
