didn't log this year in the server..i am sure i have to log more than 6 months.. is there a way to unban my chars?? is a tank and a SE

good morning!! i tryed to return to the server but when i logged into character selection screen i got ban for usage of prohibited software..really now ???my 2 old chars 27 and 33 lvls got banned and my new account can log in in the same time.. can any GM check it plz?
