My password have only numbers and words whitout mayus u.u

Hi guys, im trying to play this server, but i have a lot of problems. First the client wont open, i use the dll from gameguard and the client work, when i try to login stay in "Loggin In". I Re-instal all and then say me "Wrong user name or pass", i create 4 acc and the sv accept me in loggin screen, but when i acept the terms, i was dissconected form the server. I dont have any Antivirus, the firewall totaly off. Anybody knows the solution? Sorry for my english Thaaaanks!
