So, for ES after 60, how does the grind goes? Melee?

So, I'm thinking about start playing again, I stopped about 2 years Ago, and will start from 0. I assume that the low lvl population is low these days, and I probably will need to solo or dual box to 65-70. So here is my question, to lvl a da, es or a ps, will it be expensive? And if there's a "cheaper" way, will It be consistent? What other classes you think are able to lvl "fast" in this situation?
