Questions

Hello, as tittle said, i am new. I play L2 a lot of years but this is first time on any forum so i dont even know if this the correct area, i hope i be using the correct area. Well, i have some questions and i want to know about this server, I came from C4, interlude and few H5. I would like to play as gladi but my questions are about buff, how can i get them on this server? To begining the questions i normally use npc, buffers, baby pets or scrolls, so, for one side npc are made by gms but on server x 3 i low exp i think only can be on CH. Anyway i will ask, is there any npc that buff newbies? if there are, they buff until lvl ? if there isnt, there are anyway to get some scrolls? By other side, buffers, can I use 2 boxes without donations? for example by voting on any web... I have 2 pcs, do i have to turn on 2 pcs to get a buffer? Last, is there baby pet in classic? I saw skills on data but i dont know is there a quest or ticket (on ch) to get baby pets. If they exist on classic, how can i get them and what s the buff it gives? what lvl is required? Do they restore hp/mp? I was writting and thinking, how can i give items to one account to another without use 2 pcs or vip... In case I use only 1 pc and 1 box, mails works to give items? baby pets and mats for example.... Well, i hope this is not too long to answer and maybe the answer can work not only for me.
