waiting for GM answer, because this bug should be fixed for the server opening. Russians nerved it on new update and its still like 70% success, do this aswell and it will be fine. not like crazy like it was on russian servers before.

Hey, i played on Gran Kain wc lv 55, the Freezing Flame is bugged here. chance is like 0% on players. normally its like 90% success. check it pls
