System.exe doesnt work, i can start game, but cant log in, after entering my information in log in screen it just loads forever

Plus it does not respond to wrong paswords and etc, just loads. Plus while running updater i get "error while loading options". Whuts that?

When i enter ID+pass i press log in button, and i get "logging in" screen and it does not log me in, just keeps spining. What is the problem?
