Hello, I would like to know if is there a way to refund my donation. The money are in the Balance, I didn't bought anything with them. I would like to take them back because I am not so satisfied about the services provided by this company/team. Thank you!

I have this problem since yesterday. I also made a ticket but nothing changed. I belive that the team is working hard but I will come back on the server when is ready. I dont want to waste money and time in this kind of servers...
