    Hello, thanks for the quick reply.

    I tried restarting the client and also running as Admin, but that did not work. I also tried the button "Check Files" in the launcher to fix if there were any files missing, but that did not solve the problem.

    Funny thing is if I enter the wrong username or password, the client crashes.

    Also, at the starting screen when loading the game, it appears an artwork of the Helios update. Is this normal? I don't remember this showing up before.

    here you can see different BD pov from another CP which is playing kinda different playstyle (more defensive while nirvana plays more offensive), tho you can see active BD is really good and ppl dont run with BD buff boxes only

    I remember waaay back, in C3 or C4, that most people used Blade Dancers and Sword Singers mainly as buffers. They used to dual box, grab the buffs and level up with their main chars. Basically, no one used to play as a main BD.
    Tho I wanted to play L2 again, but not as the same classes I used to (Dark Avenger, Paladin, etc).

    Are Blade Dancers viable to play as a main class? I remember I logged into a friends accont on another server, again, waaay back there, and I got totally beaten up by the mobs and on PVP as well. BD's were so lacking in power comparing to other "main" classes that were not focused on buffs. They were mainly only useful for buffs in a party.

    So, what do you guys think? Thank you very much in advance :)

    True, however as Uprising we were there much before it happened =)

    CPs were not that bad as it is now, with people whom you know and trust to back you up CPs are heaven. I dont know much the players in this server and the CPs, but before CPs were made on real life relations and it was much easier to roll without the need of drivers and constant online.

    Another nostalgic fact is how in the past we always had more than 2-3 fighting sides, whereas nowaday everything ends up to 1 vs 1 side and in most cases this lasts till someone completely dominates, as I fear will be the case very soon

    ​I am/was core member of Uprising indeed... good old days :(

    afterwards small fractions of uprising split across diff private servers till at the end most of us quite and casually play from time to time when indeed we are nostalgic.

    ​Damn, I am sorry about that :(

    But I am sure you will have a lot of fun here in this server :) 
    Maybe even bring some old comrades?

    Hello everyone. I want to start playing, but I am afraid of suffering another wipe as I suffered in the previous servers.
    Can me and my friends start playing and rest assured our progress won't be lost after a few months?
    Sorry, I think I developped some kind of Wipe trauma or Phobia.
