    why we must to speak english?) the only one reason for that is to communicate with foreign dudes.. but if we want to speak just with each other? we will use our own language for that.. B| and МНЕ ПОХ what u think about that

    There were problems when Windows 8.1 came out so I don't know the specifics of this. But from what I can collect the problem is with gameguard compatibility.

    The fact that Lineage 2 will not work on Windows 10 . Sorry to say this but if you want to play L2 on this server you need to downgrade to a previous version of windows or you could just install windows7/8 paralel with the current version you're owning..

    Lineage 2 is very old.

    Basically you said that they can speak in cyrilic on an international server and we should accommodate with the idea of the chat being flooded by Russian , like I said I don't mind a bit of Russian, but I would not like to see people only talking in their respective languages . I want to see a bit of english here and there , a bit diversity , if this server becomes just another Russian server than I would not like to linger here more than necessary .

    I don't speak Russian. But I can read Cyrillic. You would be surprised how many English words Russians write in Cyrillic. Any trade chat in Giran that happens in Russian is always English written in Cyrillic letters. You don't have to learn Russian, just learn their letters. Problem solved.

    And if you don't understand what they're saying even when you're capable of reading it, its probably not meant for you and it doesn't matter whether you can understand it or not. 

    i did play for 2 years in a ru clan.. trust me.. only the dumb and idiots are not speaking english... in every country there are such ppl.. so nothing new.
    ( i realy dont wana insult the ppl who cant but trying ^^ )

     

    On the other side, like in a few topics here, its funny that ppl making fun out of ppl who are trying to speak/write english. 

    ​I myself dislike people who are making fun of other people when they are trying not to speak in their native language , you are indeed prone to errors but I am thankful for the ones that trying to make an effort to better themselves.

    It's about doing what you like actually more than anything , some people like grinding some like doing intricate quests , I've done both and how much time passes I still come back at lineage and whenever I am doing so I come with a friend either rl or from other game that sooner or later gets hooked with the feeling lineage 2 has to offer.

    if iam honest i never would recommend this game to some newbs...12 years ago L2 was the shit because it was new and offered possibly the best pvp but nowdays its just silly ...if i think about how many hours i wasted just for leveling up! There are better games out there for beginners. L2 is actually lifes only from the old community and not from new players

    ​I don't really understand your point of view here . You're saying that only because the game is old and people that are playing L2 from the begging only play this game ? Some people started playing from Hellbound and when they returned to a previous chronicle even loved it more than HB , why not let him decide if he likes the game or not . Like Piotress said we were all noobs once.

    As you've guessed by the title I've never played lineage 2 before but I've always heard about how good it used to be etc, I plan on trying it out once it releases because the systems in place are very appealling to me; the problem is I have absolutely no knowledge on how to play this game, if theres anyone out there who will play with a group of people on release and have some idea as to what to do I would love to join!
