I create mystic 4 lvl and equip D-grade weapon. But, even have weapon grade penalty lv1, I can easily kill mobs high lvl. M. accurasy droped 22 -> 20, P. accurasy 28 -> 25. (Need 22 -> 6 and 28 -> 12) PS: For RUoff P. Accurasy and P. Evasion worked not correctly. For example skill "Ultimate Evasion" does nothing (p. evasion become higher, but mobs caught hit with normal chans). I hope, this server will be have correctly worked accurasy and evasion.
