    Offer for administration: Does it possible add counter to each /block for character for example Bot/Spamer/MentalyWeekPerson start spaming, after each /block from other characters - he got +1 counter after that with simple querry from Database you can see most agressive spammers. Also You can add next message timeout = after 3-5 simmilar shouts / PM's / etc - 10 sec timeout
