    mana regen wtf?

    Hi, elven elder here, can someone tell me why with bw robe set i have same mana regen with bw light? bw robe set = -1 MEN +5% MP REGEN bw light set= +3 MEN ( so 4 more than bw robe ) and mastery from light armor +20% mp regen can someone tell me why the heck i have exactly same mp regen with +4 MEN and +15% mp regen. Also why on chars with 20 MEN i have same mp regen with chars with 40 MEN as long as they are the same level? Is this legit or bug? on other classic servers i had a lot more mp regen with bw light. which sounds normal! so wtf?
