As an option - I propose that the trade was possible only with a 30 level. How private messages with a 20. Because you ban this character, and it immediately creates a new 1 lvl and put him to trade again.

Yep, make offline trade only for level 30s and above! Tired of seeing so many trash chars selling/buying. They just fuck up the economy. Either add a minimum level or make it like boxing, 1 per pc.
