100% landing rate for debuffs from monsters

I dont know if this is a bug but im a lvl 30 knight with full top D jewels and every time a monster casts something it lands even lower lvl monsters and poison stacks i got poisoned from 2 wasps and it stacked that was instadeath for me  atm im exping in execution ground and every time a crawler casts something it lands 10000%

come in Cruma on 60 lvl, you will be surprised, that mobs 40 lvls give you stun

​Don't go Ant Nest you can get 5-6 poisons at the same time there But the good news is that one potion of Greater Antidote will cure all poisonings  at once...
