Problem With Skills Including Spellbooks

Hello everyone!

I've been playing L2 since C1, and many years later I found this great server which brings me some very good memories.

So, I started playing again with my wife, teaching her whatever I could remember, and we both picked a Dark Elf.

Now, as far as I remember the skill learning was a bit different, but I got around it.

Problem is that at lvl 13 we wanted to pick DRAIN ENERGY.

Of course it says we need the spellbook for that, I remember that well.

But I can't find any spellbook merchant in any of the starting towns!

Anyone knows how you do this now?

It just won't let me learn it without the book.
