Bugged quest (talking island)

HI, I have a problem with a starting quest, human village (talking island), Tombs of ancestors, I was killing lycans and orcs when the quest automatically send me back to Altran, when I check the items I was 1 broken sword behind (ask for 10, I have 9) so I kill orcs just to be sure, but they dont give me the missing item, Altran doesn't give me the reward, actully dont even say anything.

yeah, i have this problem too.
