repeatly teleports back

that was in TI near Spec Shop.

When tried to move, appears end of soe effect and I was "teleported back" ( or how to describe that ).

restart char didn't help, only relog. ( I use eu proxy )

that was only 1 time, when disappeared adena ( bug ) and I  restarted to get adena.
