Grade penalty

I create mystic 4 lvl and equip D-grade weapon. But, even have weapon grade penalty lv1, I can easily kill mobs high lvl.

M. accurasy droped 22 -> 20, P. accurasy 28 -> 25. (Need 22 -> 6 and 28 -> 12)

PS: For RUoff P. Accurasy and P. Evasion worked not correctly. For example skill "Ultimate Evasion" does nothing (p. evasion become higher, but mobs caught hit with normal chans).

I hope, this server will be have correctly worked accurasy and evasion.

greater penalty at greater levels and more importantly stats . penalty also has levels as being lvl 4 and using D C B etc. although it did not impose movement speed penalty which is one of greatest ones.

I am almost certain that the armed with C or even B grade weapon, my 4 lvl char will kill mobs 10-20 lvl with one hit )

It is not hardcore...

(I don't know how I can get C grade at start for report)

u can go donation shop and buy 1kk adena -> teleport giran -> buy c grade
