​You have to buy an "offline trade envelope", which can be bought from the NPC "Nostalgia". You can buy it with CoL (Coin of Luck) which can be obtained by donating or purchased with adena from another player. Once you got the item you have to use it. It will go to the quest item tab. Now you have to open the store, put your items and prices, start the sale and then type ".offline_shop". It will disconnect you from the game and that's all.

And for some reason, you can't sell your CoL to buyshops. People still put them up, though.
