Maybe someone can help me to solve this problem. I can't start a game, because of "A referral was returned from the server" error.

Please find attached screen-shot of error.

Where is a problem?

"Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options" User Account Control: Only elevate executables that are signed and validated > Set to "Disabled" > Restart Computer/Log out then on/Refresh Desktop

I know you have w10 but disable something like this
