Newbie shots usage problem

I've just faced with a problem of using newbie shots (from a gift). Simply they are not working at all (yesterday everything was OK). After taking off/on a weapon amount of shots is gecreasing, but there is no animation and no effect. But everything is OK in case of using novice shots (from newbie helper) and shots from a shop.

- Can be used till lvl 15

 Blessed Spiritshot (No-grade) x1,500 - Can be used till lvl 15

 

It can be used only till lvl 15.
