Question about this server

Hello all,

I am just curious about this server before I put hundreds of hours into it. Is this a private server? Is it liecenced by ncsoft and likely to ever be shut down? So far im loving it but again I dont want to put hundred of hours into something that might be stopped.

This is private server, NCSoft already contact them and ask to change the name, so, i don't think they shutdown l2 servers, actually is good for them.
and for the last question, nothing last forever, even official,
