is death penalty??? where to reset that pliz cant kill mobs

There is no death penalty on Classic, can you provide more evidence about your problem so we can investigate it?

ok i finaly get the problem !!! see on screen shot ! when u wearing heavy u get casting speed and when u have robe u get only def !!! check it
