About dropping

What do i drop when i die? I drop only not equipped items, or i drop even equipped ones?

You drop equipped items too... including weapon. When killed by mob or when killed by another player, if you have enough pk points (over 4 i think). Good old trick with inventory full of shit items not working very good.
