Solar Flare, Solar Spark freezes the game

Hi,

I have been experiencing this issue eversince I got to learn Solar Spark lvl 1  ..Sometimes, not really often.. mmm..I would  say 1 out of 500 casted solar sparks and flares freezes my client. I quess the main issue is the effect  .Game stucks right in the moment when the effect of lighting is about to land onto enemy or NPC head. It's not just me... I asked other spellsingers and they said it happened to them couple of times too ..So that's why I decided to report it cuz most likely it's  not  about my specific graphic card settings but the issue gotta be in the client. Well honestly I have no idea where the issue is ..I'm just quessig ha-ha
