Defiant Posted April 26, 2016 Report Posted April 26, 2016 It is legal only when you have a Premium Account, which you can get donating and getting Coins of Luck.Then you go to the NPC called Nostalgia in every major city and trade the COLs for a Premium Account (100 COL for 30 days). Quote
