Shots Damage increase based on weapon OE

Hello.

According to l2 classic wiki ( https://l2wiki.com/classic/Soulshots_and_Spiritshots ), every +1 on a weapon should add 0,7% on Soulshot / Spiritshot damage.

Is this true? Is this working here? My question comes just from curiosity, to know what my weapon is really worth :

I have an Homunkulus +11, which has 158 matk, yet the +11 should increase my overall damage by an additional 7,7%.

If we take a valhalla +8, which has 161 matk, my sword should be about the same on damage ( even if it has less matk ), because the +8 sword will increase overall damage by 5,6%.
