Auction system is too slow

hi guys. i buy items in auction to use on my chars as i have little time to grind. i really find the system very slow. it takes forever to be able to use the items that you have paid for. is it any way you might consider to make this more efficient?

its because every single item goes through admin verification. It's not ideal, but better than nothing <_<

way worse is when you place your items on auction, 3 days waiting only to see that they have been rejected and you must repeat whole process again
