i dont see " Create game account " only create i see and that means u can make in same accound second char

Hi , i have 1 main accound and i wana make a second accound so i can exp with 2 chars in same time ( main accound + PP ) . I already talk to Nostalgia and i buy 30 days adv accound.I have title " adventurer ". I dont know how to register second accound with same mail. Plz help,
