Hi there ! I m kind of a noob in the l2 world.... I just hit D grade so i was wondering how can we bestow the abilities listed on the weapon tooltip ? (Like focus, acumen etc?) Its here on the tool tip but i cant find what to do. Did see some blacksmiths on town, but no option for this. Care to point me in the right direction please? Thx ^^
