Yes i did, When the server started for about 2 weeks. If I remember correctly , I installed several different lineage 2 client including the official one.
But I removed them correctly. I watched for unused register's keys

i was with bow, doing knight profession.
i remotely kill Bugbear Raider , sometimes with spell.
i have noticed, that they don't drop quest item if was killed in one-shot spell.
checked. that's true.
if he wasn't killed in one-shot then he drops quest-item ( looks 100% chance ).
i don't know about global bug, but saw that mages asking about hitting with hands for quest item in TI ( shield for 20 toads adamantine ).
p.s.: I am using neti's bow

calculation is broken.
1 and 2 pictures show: 5 wit with/without magic haste pot. MHP adds cast speed
3 and 4 pictures: 1 wit no difference between with MHP and without MHP. And take a look, cast speed with 1 wit is same like with 5 wit

ehhm, but it's impossible to block torrent via ports, cus it uses any port.

before installing try to set game settings to minimal, change ram slots, disable virtual memory, bios settings ( all what is in your head and you can do ). Change video adpter from discrete to integrated or delete video drivers.

You're right, I should try another OS.
I don't think that this solution will work.
but if you wanna try then try to set different OS like W10 from MS site http://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2015/10/12/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-10565/
if this won't help then we have reasons: client can't automatically set properly settings or adapt with your hardware.
